The top photo is my work of art... a bit out of focus and no I'm not serious, it's not a major work of art but it's what got done this week.... I love old boxes and had these sitting around not really doing anything in my studio and I needed more shelf space so I built this little bookcase to put next to my chair. It holds what I'm currently reading or working with. The real accomplishment is the reorganization of my studio space. In addition to painting I make jewelry out of odds and ends of left over fabric... another of my passions... it took a lot of sorting but it's finally organized and labeled so it will be much easier to work. I'm not done but it's a major step forward.
